* Please note this schedule is per item in the case of items sold individually (furniture, appliances, or better smalls), and per box lot for items paired into boxes, and sold together ( tools, dishes, china, etc.).

Drop Offs:

We accept items for drop off by appointment only. We are often out working on-site and do not have set hours, so please call before you show up to bring items in, or preview.

Pickup Services:

As a courtesy, We offer a pick-up service for your items at an additional 10% added to the above schedule, Plus a fuel surcharge payable to the movers at the time of pickup. Fuel Surcharges vary depending on your area, what is being picked up, and whether stairs or tight spaces are involved. Please call for a quote.

Please Call for Estate Sale & Business Liquidation Commission Rates, as they are different from Auction Consignment Rates.

 

Terms & Conditions:

We mail out checks and invoices of your items sold to the address provided by you, within 7-21 days after each event your items are sold in. We do not disclose what items have sold for over the phone, however, you are more than welcome to come to the auction and watch your items sell.

The average turn-around time from when you drop an item off, until it is auctioned off ranges from 1 to 3 weeks, so please be patient, and watch for the photos of your items online to know when they are sold. In the event we are selling a large quantity of items for you, it is possible that your items will be split between multiple auctions, in which case you will receive a separate check/invoice for each auction.

Terms & Conditions:

Buyers Premium is 13% for credit cards, and we offer a 3% discount to 10% when paying with cash or checks.  We accept all major credit cards, checks, & cash.  Some exclusions may apply (Car & Boat Auctions are Cash/Check Only).  Payment is due at the time of sale.  Florida Sales Tax of 6% will be added to all sales unless they are being shipped outside the state of Florida, or unless you have a valid tax exempt certificate on file.

We accept Phone & Online absentee bidding, with a credit card guarantee.  Cash & Check may be used to pay for winning absentee bids.   At most auctions, items must be picked up within 24 hours, or as specified at time of sale, unless previous arrangements are made.   

All items are sold as-is, where-is.  It is the responsibility of the bidder to check out and research any relevant information pertaining to any items they are bidding on.  We do not make any guarantees or statements of fact of any kind.  We will be happy to answer any questions you may have and will certainly do our best to properly represent all items we sell.
